My journey to the US (Pasadena, California) - Day 1.
The Good:
1. Managed to get free upgrade on SIA to the emergency seats even though I couldn't book them when I was getting my ticket.
2. The hot japanese SIA stewardess whose boobs were struggling to break through the kabaya's neckline.
3. "You're looking pretty fit for an engineer." Immigration officer's reply when I answered his question on my occupation.
4. Dinner was fantastic - very tasty beef steak and complimentary bread.
The Bad:
1. Felt very groggy after touching down especially while on the shuttle bus to my hotel.
2. Desperately in need of water and was told Target was "Just 2 blocks down, on the right.". Turned out to be "2 blocks down and another 4 blocks after a right.". Walking there was fine but carrying 30 bottles of mineral back was not.
3. Hotel room was a complete disappointment even though its a Hilton.
4. Dinner alone.
Life goes on...
